Ultra-Cast

The Ultra-Cast is a one-piece polyurethane pig available in multiple durometers for 2” through 24” pipelines. The Ultra-Cast is designed with a sealing cup at the front and rear of the pig with two scraping discs between them. The cup design allows the pig to run long distances yet maintain a good drive seal. The disc shape is an effective design for scraping materials off pipe walls as the discs are thicker at their base to keep the edge of the discs from bending too much. The Ultra-Cast pig has a hollow core, which makes the pig lightweight and gives it the capability to hold magnets or transmitters for tracking purposes. If more aggressive pigging is required, wire brushes may be added.
