With over 65 years of manufacturing and reliable field service experience, our Yale closures have become the industry leader. With the original Figure 500 closure, Yale was first to develop the inherent safety and operating ease of a threaded closure.

Safety is a paramount in today's industry and our Sentry™ closure not only provides speed of operation, but also the benefit of integral safety features that prevent unsafe operation.

Our Yale^TM Y-2000 is designed for line applications, currently 6" through 24", where a simple clamp operation offers an alternative to traditional threaded closures.

We extended our line of field-proven pipeline and vessel closures with our Yale^TM SafeClamp closure. Featuring a patent pending, innovative external clamp ring design, our Yale^TM SafeClamp closure features notable safety, sealing, and operational advantages that provide significant benefits to the operator.

The Stark S-500 threaded closure represents historically the most widely used closure style in the oil and gas sector. Based on the industry desire for robust and cost-effective solutions, Stark improved upon the industry standard design to bring operation to a new level. Features to avoid hammering and strengthen operator control were incorporated into the otherwise proven design. The S-500 is manufactured in diameters ranging from 2” to 52” (DN50 to DN1300) and pressure series 150 through 1500.

The S-2000 Clamp Ring Closure is manufactured primarily for pipeline applications ranging from 4” to 48” (DN100 to DN1200) in diameter. We understand the variety of needs that pipeline applications require and as a standard, all closures are certified to ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8/CSA Z662 Cat. I with a 0.5/0.6 design factor. High quality components placed in user-friendly locations and features that keep safety priority, and the operator in focus makes the S-2000 an appealing Clamp Style Closure option.

The S-3000 is Stark’s Internal Door design which is manufactured in diameters ranging from 6” to 84” (DN150 to DN2100). The closure design concept relies on the proven method of a locking ring that slides into the closures outer hub. When expanded to the closed position, the locking ring assembly securely latches the door into place. Durable components are used to actuate the locking ring and are designed to withstand the demands of long-term operation.

Sized for pipelines from 2 inches through 14 inches, the D-500 threaded closure provides access to pressurized pipelines and vessels in three configurations – hingeless, vertical hinge, and horizontal hinge – for fast, easy, and safe operation. The simple design of the D-500 threaded closure makes it reliable yet economical.

Best used for: smaller diameters, such as inline inspection (ILI) pull-through nozzles on pig traps

Available in sizes 4 inches and up, the D-2000 quick opening closure features an easy-to-operate clamp ring that can be opened or closed quickly by a single operator. Available in both horizontal and vertical configurations, the D-2000 quick opening closure design allows operators to be safely positioned to the side of the closure during opening or closing.

The D-2000 quick opening closure is customizable to specific design codes, pressure ratings, material requirements, and installation conditions.
